a) Semester fees can be paid through the Colleaze application.
b) Payments made after the due date will attract late fees as specified by theinstitution.
c) Admission fees are strictly non-refundable.
d) Tuition fees paid via the application are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 working days from the date of payment.
a) If a student discontinues within 1 month of joining, 50% of the paid semester fees will be refunded
b) No refund will be issued for discontinuation after 1 month.
c) For government-allotted seats, if the student discontinues mid-course, fullcourse fees remain payable and no refund shall be granted.
a) Each enquiry will remain valid for 24 hours. If admission is not completed withi this timeframe, the enquiry will be considered void, and a new enquiry must be raised.
b) An enquiry is deemed successful only upon realisation of the admission fee.
c) A consultant may have multiple agents operating under them; however, the enquiry process and timelines shall remain the same for all agents.
d) Commission or service fees, where applicable, will be paid directly by the college or Colleaze as per the agreed terms.
